My Story

I have always had a passion for business, and my background reflects this. With two degrees in business and over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing companies today.

My journey to becoming a business consultant began when I was working in corporate America. I noticed that many minority-owned start-up companies lacked the resources and support they needed to succeed, and I felt a strong urge to help. I decided to leave my corporate job and start Leveraged Solutions, LLC. where I could use my expertise and experience to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals and build successful businesses.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to established companies. My experience has taught me that success is not just about having a great product or service, but about understanding your target market, your industry, and the unique challenges and opportunities that come with running a business.
